City Hall Closed to public access

COVID-19 CLOSURES

EFFECTIVE MARCH 18, 2020

The health and safety of our citizens and staff are most important. Thus, with the development of COVID-19 and recommended guidelines, Mayor Rebecca Brewer has authorized Osage City to take following measures:

  • City Hall offices will be closed to the public beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020.  
  • Municipal Court scheduled for Monday March 23, 2020 @ 3p.m. is cancelled. All cases are continued to Monday April 27, 2020 at 3 p.m ***If you were to appear in court on Monday March 23rd for failure to pay fines, please contact the Court Clerk, Sadie Boos 528-3714 or sboos@osagecity.com to make payment arrangements and avoid further action on your case.
  • All City services will proceed as normal and without interruption, including electric, gas, water, sewer and trash utilities, police, fire, and all emergency services. 
  • Utility Bills will continue to be due on the 22nd of each month and monthly bills will continue to be mailed at the first of every month. Utility Bill payment is available:

  • Drop box for cash and checks--located inside City Hall’s lobby on the north side. 

No events will be scheduled at the Osage City Community Center or Santa Fe Deposit until after May 1st

All city business will be handled through email or phone 528-3714 from 8 a.m – 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. After hours on-call availability 528-3714       (5 p.m. -8 a.m.) Monday – Friday and all day/night Saturday and Sunday for Electric, Water, and Gas Departments will continue as normal.
